Platform

Everything on Mismatch belongs to an organization. How your content is organized — and which products you can use — depends on the type of organization you run.

There are two types of organizations.

Create your teams, schedule your games, and stream them. A club can hold one or more teams, and each game stands on its own.

Run full competitions across many teams. Content is organized into a hierarchy:

Season → Stage → Group → Gameday → Games

Every game links two registered teams and rolls up into standings, schedules, and league-wide statistics.

Clubs focus on streaming their own games; federations get the full platform.

You can invite people to your organization and give each of them a role, which sets what they’re allowed to do:

RoleWhat they can do
OwnerFull control, including billing, enabling products, and deleting the org.
AdminManage day-to-day operations — games, teams, and members.
MemberTake part in assigned games and features, without organization-wide settings.

Access to each product is granted through seats. A seat is one license slot for a specific product — for example a Streaming seat or a Stats seat — and you assign it to a member to give them access to that product. Your plan determines how many seats you have for each product, and you can reassign a seat to someone else whenever you need to.
